We at Radical Boot Co. [RBC] thank you for your trust and business and gladly stand behind every product we produce. Please see your specific product, for the applicable warranty period. Warranty period varies; most our products are backed by 12 months of materials and craftsmanship warranty to protect your investment as described in the warranty card bellow. All exotic skin products, printed leather, artistic and hand laced products, hiking shoes, safety boots and belts are backed by a 90 day warranty. Some applicable rules: 1- A warranty claim may be submitted only with the original and dated store receipt, along with the warranty card. 2– Radical Boot Co. will at it’s sole discretion and choice; repair or replace your item, or issue a full refund in case of a valid warranty claim. 3– Normal wear an tear is not covered by warranty. 4– Any damage caused by foreign objects, elements, chemicals and by any person, is not covered by warranty. 5– In case of a warranty claim; customer must return the purchased item to the store within the first 30 days of purchase date, and after 30 days, items must return to a RBC customer servie center. 6– Any attempt to repair the item by the customer or third parties, voids the warranty permanently. 7– In case of a valid warranty claim, RBC pays for the shipping cost of the faulty item and also for the shipping of the replacement. The type and method of shipping service will be at RBC’s sole discretion. 8– 30 days after purchase of any RBC item, warranty claims must be directly submitted to RBC international customer service hotline as listed on the warranty card, and no longer through the store where the item was originally purchased. 9– All assigned RBC staff who process warranty claims, will act in good faith in determining the cause and validity of a warranty claim and are encouraged to decide in customer’s fa-vor in unclear warranty situations. 10– If the item is used for a purpose not intended or suited for the product (misuse) the warranty is voided permanently. 11– With purchase of any RBC product, customer agrees with the terms and conditions of this warranty.
